Membership
According to our bylaws Section 4.1, membership in the UUCLC entails:
Member: Any person who is in general sympathy with the purposes, goals, and programs of UUCLC may become a member by making a pledge or contribution of record and by signing the membership book.Membership is open to all persons regardless of race, color, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, or national origin.
In addition, for the Unitarian Universalist Community of Lake County to function effectively, and for members to have a meaningful experience, membership includes a commitment to the following goals:
- Active participation with the UUCLC.
- Ongoing exploration of your own spirituality.
- Service on a work group.
- Service to others.
- Pledge a contribution to sustain the UUCLC.
- Connection to the wider Unitarian Universalist movement
